Paris - 2nd June 2006

Woke up and wanted to thank the guy who gave us shelter... But in the end we didn't and just quickly walked off to find our god damn hostel.

Walk and walk and walk and walk.. walk until the louvre.. But i was so damn tired.. (WE were so damn tired) didn't even feel like enjoying the place. just wanted to find the hostel and put our bags down and take a good shower etc.

I can't remember, but our hostel was like super far off from the center la!!! I can't even believe we actually managed to walk there. We walked all the way up slope high high up slope with our heavy backpacks!! It was all the way up until the Basilica!! (Montmatre there... arghhh)

I think by the time we reached the place it was already noon!! (And we managed to find the place because some kind soul offered us help) OMG!! The hostel sucks by the way too, cause the toilet can only be used during a specific time... so when we reached there, the toilet's actually closed and we can't even shower! (the toilet was a common toilet by the way) OMG OMG OMG!! and i was so dirty and smelly and sticky.. it sucks so bad.. please remember not to stay there...

so we went out lo, i mean, sticky and dirty still gotta go out and not waste time right.

So we went to notre dame first.. No words, just look at the pictures below..

Then we went to the Louvre, and saw the normal famous paintings.. mona lisa, venus milo.. blah blah.. but the louvre is really really super huge! I kinda got lost.. and kept walking around in circles.. Just keep walking around in circles until we got so sick of it that we decided to come out then we waited for sun down to take photos.

Bunch of french guys wanted to take picture with us.. kinda hesistant though.. dunno wat are they up to.. but oh well.. take one no harm bah.. lucky they're not some wierdo.. but Jiuan's camera low batt anyway, so much for that..haha

Well yar, kinda tiring day, so we took the metro back and rushed back to bathe and sleep. (Yar, we rushed back, to beat the clock or not they close the toilet then we can't bathe!!!)
